Who is responsible for your information

Information we may collect

When you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or another agreed route, we may receive your name, organisation, contact details and the information you choose to provide about an enquiry, quotation, instrument, calibration or service.

Our website and hosting provider may also process basic technical and security information, such as an IP address, browser information, access time and request logs, where needed to deliver and protect the service.

If you consent to optional analytics, Google Analytics may also process information about the pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source and clicks on Caltec contact options. Caltec does not intentionally send names, email addresses or enquiry contents to Google Analytics.

Who we may share it with

We may use trusted providers that support website hosting, communications, IT, delivery, professional advice and business administration. We may also disclose information where required by law, accreditation requirements or a competent authority. We do not sell personal information.
